Job summary

Hempel seeks a Senior Coating Advisor to provide technical support to sales teams, customers and stakeholders. You will perform inspections, inspections, condition surveys and oversee product application activities as needed, while preparing reports and technical briefings for customers.

The role offers remote work with travel to jobsites (up to 80%), ideally in the Gulf Coast region of the U.S., and collaboration with Sales, R&D, and Customer Care teams.

Qualifications

• English business proficiency is required.
• MS Office and basic computer skills are needed.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).
• Coating industry experience is preferred (5+ years).
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Perform inspections, condition surveys and oversee product application.
• Conduct technical analysis of specifications and trainings.
• Prepare inspection reports and evaluate proposals for technical accuracy.
• Educate customers on coating solutions and value of Technical Services.
• Deliver onsite trainings and coordinate with internal teams.
