Your Role:

• Prioritize Safety: Your top mission is safeguarding our personnel, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain Standards: Stay ahead of OSHA's requirements, monitoring compliance and revising strategies where necessary.
• Optimize Production: Analyze production schedules, adjust priorities, and direct workforce efficiently for optimum productivity.
• Drive Quality: Lead our teams in understanding and maintaining both internal and external quality metrics, from First Pass Quality to PPM.
• Problem Solving: Dissect production reports, pinpoint issues, craft solutions, and continuously enhance cost efficiency.
• Foster Excellence: Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement and growth for operations and personnel.
• Implement ISO Standards: Guarantee our adherence to ISO guidelines, continually advising on enhancements and best practices.
• Oversee Workflow: You're accountable for planning and reviewing workflow metrics, guaranteeing peak operational productivity.
• Empower Your Team: Engage in hiring, training, evaluating, and nurturing your team to achieve excellence.

What We Are Looking For:
