Qualifications

• Ability to interpret Florida statutes and rules related to coastal protection and environmental resource management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for site inspections.
• Proficiency with GIS and computer software for data analysis and documentation.

• Evaluate coastal projects requiring Joint Coastal Permits and Environmental Resource Permits.
