The Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center invites applications for a senior leadership role as Cancer Biology Research Program Co-Leader. The Co-leader will provide strategic vision, oversee mentoring of faculty, shape recruitment priorities, and advance interdisciplinary basic cancer research.

Qualifications

• PhD, MD/PhD or MD degree and record of significant research contributions.
• Strong program in cancer-relevant signaling mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for the Cancer Biology Research Program and strategic direction for growth.
• Mentor faculty and shape recruitment and collaboration priorities.
• Advance interdisciplinary research across MCW Cancer Center and Pharmacology & Toxicology.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative research culture and build partnerships to expand basic science cancer research.
