Job summary

MANTECH in Hanover, MD seeks an Expert CNO Software Engineer to join a highly technical team supporting national security missions. You will design, implement, and test CNO capabilities, working across software and hardware interfaces to meet strict security requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in C/C++, Python, and low-level system internals, with leadership of development teams and a current TS/SCI with polygraph preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience with 20+ years.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
• Experience with low-level system internals across platforms.
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket programming.
• Experience developing CNO capabilities.
• Experience leading development of technical CNO solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
• Manage design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software and systems.
• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and network technologies.
• Develop data queries for databases or repositories.
• Develop or implement algorithms to meet performance and functional standards.
