Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a highly technical Expert CNO Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. The role focuses on developing advanced CNO capabilities that support national security and critical missions.

Responsibilities include designing and validating software and systems, applying security concepts, and leading development teams to deliver robust CNO solutions with strong debugging and testing practices.

Qualifications

BS degree in a technical field with 20+ years of experience.
Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
Experience with debugging complex systems.
Experience with low-level system internals across Windows/Unix/Mobile/network devices.
Experience with TCP/IP and socket programming.
Experience leading development of CNO solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
Manage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
Apply expert knowledge of security concepts and network technologies.
Develop data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories.
Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards.
