Job summary

MANTECH seeks a highly technical and mission-focused Senior CNO Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. You’ll develop advanced CNO capabilities that directly support national security and work in a collaborative environment solving complex technical challenges for our customer’s most critical missions.

In this role you will design and develop new CNO software, troubleshoot complex systems, and lead the development of technical CNO solutions.

Qualifications

• BS degree plus 14+ years of technical work experience or HS diploma with 18+ years of technical work experience.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems.
• Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (Windows/Unix/Mobile/network devices).
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and socket-level programming.
• Experience with developing CNO capabilities.
• Experience with leading the development of technical CNO solutions.
• Preferred: assembly language programming, reverse engineering, unit testing frameworks, Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence/Crucible).
• Must have a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programming in assembly languages
• Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)

Clearance Requirements

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/Polygraph security clearance and be willing and able to obtain another polygraph prior to start, if required

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
