Job summary

ManTech seeks an experienced Senior CNO Python Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD. You will contribute to mission-critical cyber capabilities and lead efforts in advanced Computer Network Operations to safeguard national security systems.

You will design and develop CNO capabilities, manage the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems, and ensure software quality and compliance with standards. Active TS/SCI with poly preferred.

Qualifications

• BS degree with 8+ years of technical work experience; MS degree with 6+ years of technical work experience; High school diploma with 12+ years of technical work experience.
• 5+ years of Python programming experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging, and networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities.
• Managing the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
• Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed.
• Applying expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capability development.
• Communicating status updates and technical progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensuring software quality and compliance with development standards.
