Job summary

MANTECH in Hanover, MD seeks a skilled CNO Developer to join our mission-focused team. You will contribute to development of offensive cyber capabilities and drive excellence in advanced Computer Network Operations for national security systems.

Responsibilities include design and development of CNO capabilities, software testing, debugging, and ensuring quality. Requires strong Python/C/C++ skills, troubleshooting, and knowledge of TCP/IP networking; TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or MS with years of work experience as stated, or HS with 8+ years relevant tech work.
• Experience in Python or C/C++ programming and debugging.
• Familiarity with network protocols and CNO development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new CNO capabilities and related software/hardware.
• Perform design, development, testing, and debugging of software.
• Apply network and security knowledge to support capability development.
• Communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure software quality and compliance with standards.
