Job summary

MANTECH seeks a Senior CNO Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD or Aurora, CO. You will lead the development of mission-critical CNO capabilities and drive technical excellence in CNO development for national security systems.

Responsibilities include designing and building CNO solutions, leading software development efforts, and ensuring quality and compliant delivery. This role requires advanced security clearance and demonstrated leadership in technical CNO projects.

Qualifications

• Requires a technical BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years or HS with 12+ years of technical work experience.
• Proficient in Python and C/C++ programming languages.
• Experience with troubleshooting and debugging across Windows, Unix, mobile, or network devices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and socket-level programming.
• Proven ability to develop and lead CNO capabilities and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities.
• Manage design, development, testing, and debugging of software applications.
• Design end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
• Apply expert network and security concepts to capability development.
• Communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure software quality and compliance with standards.
