Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Expert CNO Developer to join our team in San Antonio, TX. You will work with a diverse team of elite cyber professionals supporting critical national security missions and develop innovative offensive cyber capabilities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include designing and developing capabilities, managing full lifecycle development, and communicating status and risks to leadership and customers while adhering to security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 9+ years in technical roles; Master’s 7+ years; PhD 5+ years.
• Experience with Windows or Linux kernel/user-mode development.
• Experience with Windows APIs and network protocols.
• Proficient in C, C++, and Python programming.
• Experience debugging with WinDbg and GDB.
• Able to pass customer-specific senior-level developer exams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities to support mission objectives.
• Manage design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Apply expert knowledge of security concepts, networks, and system architectures to solve complex challenges.
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions with leadership and customers.
• Ensure adherence to software development standards and security guidelines.
