Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Setup Machinist is essential.
• Strong understanding of setups, tooling, and offsets required.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes in a high-mix environment.
• Perform 1-2 setups per shift while ensuring efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust as needed.
