Boeing Commercial Airplanes in Everett, Renton, or Auburn WA seeks an Expert Level Numerical Control Programmer to support production engineering on a six‑month contract. You will work in the factory, collaborating with mechanics, safety, and equipment services to improve the production system.

The role requires deep NC programming expertise, familiarity with ABB, KUKA and Fanuc robotics, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with high-speed machining in a production environment.

Responsabilités

• Consults with internal and external stakeholders to develop technical requirements for numerical control and manufacturing processes.
• Identifies equipment and approaches, ensures accommodation of numerical control programming and resolves manufacturing or production process concerns.
• Manages implementation of new and revised computing applications for design, machining or inspection systems.
• Trains and mentors others.
• Works under consultative direction.
