FANUC MH is seeking a Senior CNC Programming Engineer to lead development and optimization of advanced CNC programs for high-precision paint robot components. You will work with 3–5 axis centers, mentor staff, and drive process improvements across manufacturing.

Role requires 8+ years of CNC programming experience, Mastercam proficiency, and strong leadership in manufacturing engineering. On-site position in Michigan offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of CNC programming and machining experience in precision manufacturing.
• Strong expertise with 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers and FANUC controls.
• Proven leadership in process improvements and equipment integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, and optimization of complex CNC programs for multi-axis machines.
• Drive cycle-time reduction, scrap minimization, and adherence to print specs.
• Mentor CNC programmers and machinists; collaborate with engineering and production.
• Design fixtures, tooling, and workholding to improve stability and precision.
