Job summary

VulcanForms, Inc. in Devens, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop production processes and CNC programs for our precision components.

You will play a key role in New Product Introduction, process development, and continuous improvement across multiple machining operations. You will optimize quality, productivity, and cost using advanced machining technologies, lean principles, and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop work holding and tooling from Creo or Mastercam models.
• Write CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Prove out programs and ensure production readiness.
• Support OQ/PQ activities for the process/products.
• Develop detailed work instructions as needed.
• Support operations with troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Maintain configuration management of files and programs.
• Complete all work assignments with minimal supervision.
• Contribute to team environment and cohesive collaboration.
• Follow VulcanForms QMS and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Promote 7S and LEAN philosophies.
