VulcanForms, Inc. in Devens, MA is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop production processes and CNC programs for precision parts. You will contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing operations.
You will work with Creo and Mastercam to program 3- and 5-axis milling, turning, and EDM, read engineering drawings with GD&T, and ensure programs are production-ready while supporting Lean and 7S principles.

As a CNC Programmer at VulcanForms, Inc., Devens, MA, you will develop production processes and CNC programs for our manufactured products. You will play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, and the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes. Leveraging advanced machining technologies, innovative cutting strategies, and Lean manufacturing principles, you will optimize quality, productivity, and cost while supporting production across a variety of precision machining operations.
VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match. The annual base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $120,000.
