Employbridge is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, modify, and optimize programs for milling and turning. You will read blueprints and create efficient strategies to maximize productivity while upholding high quality standards.

You will support setup personnel, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering to implement new manufacturing methods. A strong background in CAD/CAM and multi-axis programming is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background programming CNC mills and lathes.
• Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC controls.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, Inventor CAM, or similar platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, workholding, feeds, and speeds.
• Experience developing programs for complex precision-machined components.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Maintain documentation and revision control for CNC programs.
• Assist in mentoring and training less experienced machinists and programmers.
