Job summary

B E Products Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our Placentia, CA team. This role focuses on writing and optimizing CNC programs for multi-axis milling (3/4/5-axis), interpreting blueprints and GD&T, and ensuring first-article quality.

Responsibilities include setting up and running Mori Seiki NH 5000 machines, editing programs to improve cycle times, and maintaining thorough documentation to support on-time delivery of precision components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar.
• Strong ability to read GD&T, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience with G-code and M-code programming.
• Familiarity with multi-axis CNC machining (3, 4, or 5-axis).
• Knowledge of metals, cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or multi-axis machining operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM models to create accurate toolpaths.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling, fixtures, and work holding.
• Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks to maintain tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and edit existing programs to improve cycle times and surface finishes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setups, and revisions.
