Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking a CNC Programmer / Mill Operator in Merritt Island, FL. The role involves developing toolpaths and strategies using Siemens NX, supervising large Fanuc CNC machines, and ensuring quality and safety on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all workers by complying with OSHA and safety procedures
• Use Siemens NX to develop cutting strategies and toolpaths for machining plugs/masters
• Design support structures for plugs/masters
• Operate large form factor Fanuc CNC machines; make manual program adjustments as necessary
• Supervise the machine to ensure toolpath validity
• Inspect all parts to ensure accuracy with the design model
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Understand the priority schedule and allocate machine time accordingly
