Job summary

ITT Enidine Incorporated seeks a senior CNC Programmer III in Orchard Park, NY to lead complex CNC programming and process development for high-precision components. You will shape machining strategies, mentor junior staff, and drive cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 12+ years of equivalent experience.
Expert-level CNC programming and multiaxis machining.
Strong problem solving and cross-functional leadership.
Experience interpreting drawings, GD&T, and CAD models.

Responsibilities

Develop machining strategies for complex components with multiaxis machining and tight tolerances.
Define and implement CNC programming standards and CAM library structures.
Lead tooling platform development, modular fixtures, and scalable machining solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects affecting throughput, cost, safety or quality.
Mentor engineers, programmers, and operators in machining best practices.
Collaborate with design for manufacturability input and supplier interactions.
