QPS Employment Group is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer in Waukesha, WI. This hands-on role involves programming, setup, and operation of CNC milling machines to produce high-tolerance components for diverse projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of CNC machining and programming experience, strong skills in Mastercam or WorkNC, and a solid ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining and programming experience.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, setup, and milling operations.
• Strong Machining and Milling skills for metal and plastic.
• Proficiency in Mastercam and/or WorkNC preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Experience with tooling selection and workholding.
• ISO compliant environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret drawings and optimize CNC programs for milling and machining tasks.
