PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a CNC Programmer/Machinist in Aston, PA. The role offers a direct-hire, permanent position with a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM schedule and benefits including healthcare.

Expect to develop CNC programs for production using FeatureCAM or MasterCam on HAAS lathes. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of CNC lathe experience, can read blueprints, select tools, set speeds and feeds, and troubleshoot during manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of CNC lathe experience on HAAS machines.
• Experience using FeatureCam or MasterCam.
• Ability to read drawings and dimension parts precisely.
• Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for production runs using FeatureCAM or MasterCam.
• Analyze drawings to determine dimensions, cutting tools, speeds and feeds.
• Modify existing programs for different machines.
• Make manual program adjustments and troubleshoot during manufacturing.
• Communicate with others and direct operators in machining applications.
