Job summary

CP Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. This role covers programming, setup, and in-process machining on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines, with collaboration across engineering and production.

You will interpret blueprints and GD&T, develop toolpaths with CAM software, perform first runs, and support prototypes and production. We offer competitive pay, 11 paid holidays, a pension plan, and growth opportunities on day or night shifts.

We are a growing tooling supplier with a strong presence in the automotive and Dept. of Defense industries, and we are expanding into new markets. As part of this growth, we are seeking skilled and motivated individuals for a combined CNC Machinist / Programmer role to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects from programming through setup and machining, while working collaboratively with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
