Cleaveland/Price Inc. in Trafford, PA is seeking a Programmer II to develop and maintain CNC programs for fabrication equipment. You will optimize toolpaths, interpret drawings, and support production with accurate CAM workflows.

We require 2–4 years experience, proficiency in SolidCAM or similar CAM software, and a strong understanding of GD&T and machining principles. You’ll collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure on-time, first-pass quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC programming experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with CAM software (SolidCAM, Mastercam, Fusion 360, ESPRIT, GibbsCAM) or similar.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for machining and bending.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to plan processes.
• Select tooling, parameters, fixtures to maximize productivity and quality.
• Generate and verify toolpaths for accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality.
• Provide setup documentation and machining instructions for production.
• Troubleshoot and correct program issues during prove outs.
• Support new product introductions and validate programs before production release.
