• Minimum of 5 years CNC programming experience in mold making.
• Proficient in MasterCam; Mazatrol is a plus.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling used in mold construction.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC tool paths for mills, lathes, and EDM for mold tooling.
• Read and interpret drawings, CAD models, and specs to fabricate tooling.
• Optimize machining strategies for efficiency, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
• Set up and prove out CNC programs on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve mold designs and manufacturability.
