Job summary

MRO Built in North Canton, Ohio, is seeking a mid- to senior-level CNC Programmer to join its growing team. You will program HOMAG CENTATEQ routers using Router-CIM and WoodWOP, convert drawings to efficient CNC programs, and optimize material usage.

This role offers collaboration with engineering, project management, fabrication, and installation teams, with a focus on reducing cycle times, improving quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years CNC programming experience in architectural millwork and/or casework.
• Router‑CIM and/or WoodWOP experience.
• Familiarity with HOMAG CENTATEQ / DRILLTEQ.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication methods, materials and machining.

Responsibilities

• Program HOMAG CNC routers (CENTATEQ) and drilling equipment using Router‑CIM, WoodWOP, and Cut Rite.
• Convert engineering drawings and models into efficient CNC programs.
• Optimize nesting and material usage for maximum yield.
• Develop and maintain tooling libraries and machining standards.
• Support operators with setup, troubleshooting, and first‑article verification.
• Reduce machining errors and improve cycle times through program refinement.
• Collaborate with engineering on new product development and ECO changes.
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
