MRO Built in North Canton, Ohio, is seeking a mid- to senior-level CNC Programmer to join its growing team. You will program HOMAG CENTATEQ routers using Router-CIM and WoodWOP, convert drawings to efficient CNC programs, and optimize material usage.

This role offers collaboration with engineering, project management, fabrication, and installation teams, with a focus on reducing cycle times, improving quality, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• 3–10 years CNC programming experience in architectural millwork and/or casework.
• Router‑CIM and/or WoodWOP experience.
• Familiarity with HOMAG CENTATEQ / DRILLTEQ.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication methods, materials and machining.

MRO Built is hiring a CNC Program Engineer experienced with HOMAG routers, Router‑CIM, WoodWOP, and architectural millwork. We are expanding our engineering and CNC programming capabilities to support growing demand in custom architectural millwork, commercial interiors, and specialty manufacturing.

This role is ideal for a mid-level or senior CNC programmer who enjoys improving machining quality, solving production challenges, and collaborating with engineering, project management, machining, fabrication, finishing, and installation teams.
