MRO Built, based in North Canton, Ohio, seeks a CNC Programmer experienced with HOMAG routers, Router-CIM, WoodWOP, and architectural millwork. The role supports expanded CNC programming capabilities across custom millwork and interior projects.

The position values collaboration with engineering and shop-floor teams, optimizing programs, and improving machining quality. On-site is preferred with potential for hybrid work and relocation considered.

Competenze

• 3–10 years CNC programming experience in architectural millwork and/or casework.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication methods, materials and machining.

Mansioni

• Program HOMAG CNC routers (CENTATEQ) and drilling equipment using Router-CIM, WoodWOP, and Cut Rite
• Convert engineering drawings and models into efficient CNC programs
• Optimize nesting and material usage for maximum yield
• Develop and maintain tooling libraries and machining standards
• Support operators with setup, troubleshooting, and first-article verification

MRO Built is hiring a CNC Programmer experienced with HOMAG routers, Router‑CIM, WoodWOP, and architectural millwork. We are expanding our engineering and CNC programming capabilities to support growing demand in custom architectural millwork, commercial interiors, and specialty manufacturing.

This role is ideal for a mid-level or senior CNC programmer who enjoys improving machining quality, solving production challenges, and collaborating with engineering and shop-floor teams.

On-site is preferred, but some hybrid work could be considered. Relocation considered.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3–10 years CNC programming experience in architectural millwork and/or casework
• Router‑CIM and/or WoodWOP experience
• Familiarity with HOMAG CENTATEQ / DRILLTEQ
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of millwork fabrication methods, materials and machining

Bonus: WoodWOP macros, STORETEQ exposure, or engineering/process automation
