Hunt Valve, a Northeast Ohio manufacturer, seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to design fixtures and program mill/turns, lathes, and machining centers. Requires 5+ years running/editing CNC machines and 3–5 years CAM programming experience. After training, occasional work-from-home may be possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running and editing mill/turns and machining centers.
• 3–5 years of CAM-based CNC programming experience.
• High school diploma and CNC programming education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create CNC programs to manufacture parts to meet engineering blueprints
• Work closely with machine operators to ensure programs meet drawing specifications
• Design work holding fixtures for use in machining
• Recommend and secure needed tooling for use in the manufacturing of parts
• Perform machining observation studies
• Support the Company’s make/buy decision making process
