Job summary

Job Juncture is assisting a respected aerospace manufacturing client in Riverton, CT, seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, test, and optimize machining programs for precision components. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes and top-quality results.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of CNC programming, strong CAD skills, GD&T interpretation, and a proven ability to improve cycle times while maintaining

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Strong experience programming CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency with CAD software and CNC programming.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs for milling operations.
• Program custom components and tooling for production applications.
• Develop machining methods and tooling strategies.
• Set up and support CNC milling machines during production.
• Test, troubleshoot, and validate CNC programs on production equipment.
• Modify programs to reflect engineering changes and product revisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining efficiency.
• Maintain programming documentation and revision control.
• Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
• Ensure all programs meet safety, quality, and customer requirements.
