Job summary

Malones CNC Machining Inc in Grove, Oklahoma, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain programs for multi-axis machining centers on the office and production floor.

You will interpret aerospace drawings, apply GD&T, select tooling, run proof-outs, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to improve throughput, reduce cycle times, and ensure manufacturability. SolidWorks experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years CNC programming in precision machining.
• Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines and GD&T.
• Ability to read aerospace drawings and interpret customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis machines.
• Determine tooling strategies, cutting parameters, and work holding.
• Perform program proof-outs, first article inspections, and process validation.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce cycle times and costs.
• Collaborate with Planning, Quality, and Production to resolve issues and improve throughput.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, setup sheets, and tooling lists.
• Support MRB and root cause investigations related to machining operations.
• Produce SolidWorks models from aircraft drawings.
• Establish manufacturing processes and allowances for future assembly.
