Qualifications

• Clear communication and team-first mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Develop CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining.
• Perform machine-side prove-outs to validate complex parts.

What We’re Looking For

• - Master-level CNC programmers with strong Mastercam experience
• - Deep experience with 3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis toolpaths
• - Comfortable splitting time between CAM programming and machine-side prove-outs
• - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• - Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
• - Experience in high-mix/low-volume , or tight-tolerance machining environments preferred
