Job summary

Global CNC is seeking an elite CNC Programmer to join a high-performance team. The role centers on Mastercam-based programming for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis work, with hands-on prove-outs on the shop floor.

You will thrive in a collaborative, precision-driven environment and contribute to continuous improvement. The candidate will split time between CAM programming and machine-side prove-outs, bringing strong problem-solving, clear communication, and a team-first mindset to a high-mix/low-volume,

Qualifications

• Master-level CNC programming with Mastercam.
• Experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis toolpaths.
• Hands-on machine-side prove-outs in precision environments.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
• Experience in high-mix/low-volume or tight-tolerance machining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines for complex, multi-axis parts.
• Split time between CAM programming and machine-side prove-outs.
• Collaborate with machinists and tolerances teams to ensure quality.
• Optimize toolpaths and cycles to maximize accuracy and throughput.
