Sigma Design is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer III to lead programming for high-value jobs at our Pacific Northwest facility. You will develop advanced CNC programs across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining, while driving standards and CAM innovation to improve production efficiency and quality.

Ideal candidates will have expert knowledge of Mastercam and hyperMILL, strong GD&T skills, and proven leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Expert in 3- to 5-axis CNC milling.
• Proficient with Mastercam and hyperMILL CAM tools.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and materials.
• Experience leading and coaching others.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming for high-value jobs and develop advanced CNC programs.
• Drive programming standards and process improvements.
• Analyze engineering drawings to create sophisticated CNC programs.
• Support quoting and planning with technical input.
• Provide DFM feedback to stakeholders.
• Standardize programming approaches across parts and platforms.
• Coach and develop programmers and machinists.
• Inspect complex parts with precision measuring techniques.
• Operate and optimize machines for efficiency and quality.
• Follow safety rules and protect data per policies.
