Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on industrial press brake experience in metal fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and production documentation.
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job.
• Determine bend sequences, select tooling, and adjust CNC machine settings and programs as needed.
• Measure and inspect completed parts to verify dimensions, angles, tolerances, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
