Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' CNC Operator experience in manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of CNC operating and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Experience with quality control and precision measurement.
• Strong mathematics and mechanics understanding.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving and creative approach to new challenges.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent; engineering-related certificate a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (drilling, grinding, milling).
• Read blueprints/mechanical drawings to determine task requirements.
• Translate instructions into CNC commands.
• Load materials onto machines and supervise operation.
• Make adjustments to improve results and quality.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality control processes.
