Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of CNC machining, setup and programming experience (or equivalent).
• Strong experience with Milling, Turning, and Swiss machining.
• Advanced ability to read and apply GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Proven experience adjusting programs and tooling independently.
• Deep understanding of cutters, inserts, and tool selection based on material and tolerances.
• Knowledge of G-codes, M-codes, and CAM software (Mastercam preferred).
• Experience in medical or regulated manufacturing strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical data.
• Write, edit, and adjust CNC programs using Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar software.
• Perform complex machining operations including milling, drilling, boring, and tight‑tolerance work.
• Select, preset, and install cutting tools; calculate feeds, speeds, depths, and coolant flow.
• Conduct prove‑outs and manual programming during setups.
