Orchid Orthopedic Solutions LLC in West Palm Beach is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to produce precision parts by operating and setting up CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDMs. You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, perform hand finishing, and support continuous improvement while maintaining GMP/GDP practices.

This role requires 5+ years CNC machining experience, strong math and measurement skills, and a proactive, team-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
• GCSE/NVQ Maths and English desirable (UK only).

Responsabilités

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot and understand CNC programs and processes.
• Ensure product quality by working to OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Record activities in job tracking system.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping and safety practices.
