Orchid Orthopedic Solutions LLC is hiring a CNC Machinist II for the 3rd shift. You will operate and set up CNC machines, monitor tolerances, and perform progressive machining on metal parts while maintaining OOQ quality and GMP/GDP practices.

The role requires strong measurement skills and a proactive approach to safety and efficiency. The position emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and routine preventive maintenance, with a focus on meeting productivity targets in a medical device

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate degree or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions.
• Perform progressive machining on various parts with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and adjust as needed for wear.
• Use measuring equipment and OOQ standards to ensure quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and record activities on the tracking system.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping and follow GMP/GDP practices.
• Identify safety risks and participate in problem resolution.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
