Alliance Industrial Solutions in Apex, NC is urgently hiring a skilled CNC Mill Programmer / Setup Operator for a trusted precision shop. This full-time role offers steady work, competitive hourly pay, and strong benefits.

You will program, set up, and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, 3+2, and horizontal milling centers, read blueprints, and maintain tight tolerances while collaborating with engineering and production teams. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on CNC milling experience.
• Strong CNC programming, setup, and operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines.
• Work with 3-axis, 4-axis, 3+2, and horizontal milling centers.
• Perform tooling setups and make tool offset adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure tight tolerances.
• Maintain machine accuracy and quality throughout production.
• Troubleshoot machining issues as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support quality and efficiency.
