Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) seeks an experienced CNC Mill Machinist for our Mentor, OH facility. You will machine turbine engine components on CNC mills, ensuring aerospace OEM tolerances are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Work with a skilled team across departments in a climate-controlled, modern facility. The role requires familiarity with GD&T, print reading, and problem-solving in a high-precision environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience operating CNC Milling equipment (e.g., Johnford DMC, VMC, BMC).
• Experience in a job-shop environment.
• First article experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Read and interpret print instructions, set up machines, and inspect parts.
• Operate CNC milling equipment to meet specified dimensions.
• Record measurements and observations in documented work instructions.
• Assist with training/mentoring junior machinists as needed.
