Job summary

Wrobel Engineering Co., Inc. is seeking skilled CNC machinists to join our precision machining team focused on medical, military and industrial components.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with CNC milling and turning, tight GD&T tolerances, and a commitment to quality. You will set up and run 5-axis mills and lathes, edit G & M codes, use Renishaw probes and tool-setters, read engineering drawings, and perform in-process inspection while collaborating with engineering to meet strict

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of precision CNC milling and turning experience with tolerances of .001" to .0005".
• Be familiar with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T tolerances.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC 5 axis Mills and Lathes
• Edit G & M codes to adjust and optimize programs
• Use tool-setters, Renishaw probes as well as other precision measuring tools
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, interpret GD&T specifications
• Perform in process inspection to ensure consistency of product
• Work closely with the engineering team and department lead
