Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 years old; able to pass background and drug screen.
• Experience in industrial maintenance or CNC manufacturing preferred.
• Able to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot CNC machine breakdowns and perform repairs.
• Identify root causes beyond immediate failure and implement fixes.
• Respond to maintenance requests and verify repairs with test runs.
• Maintain lubrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant systems.
• Work with Maintenance, Production and Engineering to reduce downtime.
