Dynomax is a family-owned manufacturer of high-precision machined components, tooling, and automation. We are seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to join our 1st shift maintenance team on-site in Wheeling, IL.

You will help maintain state-of-the-art CNC equipment and support production reliability. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of CNC maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to create SOPs.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years CNC maintenance experience.
• Proficient with CNC machine controls.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Proficient in SOP creation.
• Calibration standards and methods knowledge.
• Able to read precision measuring tools.

Aufgaben

• Install, service, and repair CNC machines and industrial equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
• Assist in creating, verifying, and implementing SOPs.
• Move and replace machinery using forklifts and dollies with proper certification.
• Diagnose faulty electrical and mechanical components.
• Work on spindles, bearing packs, ballscrews, lubrication systems, and alignment.
• Use gauges and test instruments to diagnose malfunctions.
• Fabricate, assemble, and test mechanical parts using hand and power tools.
