Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC is seeking a CNC Machinist / Programmer for our manufacturing client in Broadview, IL. The role offers direct-hire employment and pays $32-$38 per hour DOE.

As a CNC Machinist / Programmer you will program, set up, and operate Fanuc-controlled lathes and milling machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

You will work in a fast-paced shop, maintain quality standards, and contribute to process improvements while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years CNC programming and machine operation experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and mills.
• Experience machining steel, stainless steel, bronze, and cast materials.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, tolerances and manufacturing specifications.
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming.
• Mazak CNC equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathes and mills with Fanuc controls.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and CNC programs to ensure correct part dimensions.
• Produce precision parts per manufacturing requirements and quality specs.
• Inspect during machining using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy.
• Select tools, fixtures, and workholding methods per job.
• Troubleshoot tooling, programs, setups, and quality issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with shop safety standards.
• Follow production and safety standards at all times.
