Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC setup, operation, and optimization of multi-axis mills and lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpretations of engineering drawings.
• Strong G-code knowledge and machining principles.
• Experience with precision measuring tools and in-process/final inspections.
• Familiarity with exotic metals and tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines, including multi-axis equipment.
• Create and optimize CNC programs from CAD/CAM models.
• Select tooling and work-holding, and perform set-ups and inspections.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust feeds/speeds as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes.
