Job summary

You will produce complex, tight-tolerance components, run full machine setups, and troubleshoot processes to maintain high-quality output. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and a 10% second-shift premium accompany this role. The position requires 5+ years of CNC machining experience, strong blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work with multi-axis machines and various CNC controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience required; advanced candidates 7–10+ years.
• Strong ability to hold tight tolerances and stable processes.
• Strong blueprint interpretation and GD&T knowledge.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC equipment producing close-tolerance parts and maintain repeatable results.
• Interpret drawings, tolerances, and documentation to ensure correct processing.
• Perform in-process inspection and adjust offsets or wear compensation as needed.
• Troubleshoot tooling, offsets, process stability, surface finish, and dimensional drift; coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and first-piece verifications; support workholding and tooling swaps.
• Complete documentation and traceability for each job; operate equipment safely and efficiently.
