You will produce complex, tight-tolerance components, run full machine setups, and troubleshoot processes to maintain high-quality output. Responsibilities

• Run CNC equipment producing close-tolerance parts and maintain repeatable results.
• Interpret drawings, tolerances, and documentation to ensure correct processing.
• Perform in-process inspection and adjust offsets or wear compensation as needed.
• Troubleshoot tooling, offsets, process stability, surface finish, and dimensional drift; coordinate corrective actions.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and first-piece verifications; support workholding and tooling swaps.
• Complete documentation and traceability for each job; operate equipment safely and efficiently.
