Qualifications

• 5+ years of milling experience.
• Strong mechanical ability and machine expertise.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings.
• 3+ years of shop trigometry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and CNC mill to tight tolerances from blueprints.
• Utilize blueprints and sketches to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform inspections using micrometers, dial indicators and surface plates.
• Repair hardware or machine components per instructions and maintain documentation.
• Train other employees and provide guidance on complex tasks.
