• Assists Engineering in planning operations and cutting tools.
• Independently sets up & runs CNC Lathes/Mills.
• Works from drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Performs program edits and adjustments.
• Recognizes machine issues and develops solutions.
• Provides feedback to Engineering for improvements.
• Inspects work using precision measuring devices.
• Performs daily machine maintenance.
• Follows department instructions and workplace rules.
